Punarnari began with a simple idea: rural women near Gurgaon have the skill and the will to build something lasting — they just need ownership of it. The collective is governed entirely by women, from sourcing decisions to product design.

Every organic product and every upcycled piece funds fair wages and skill-building for the women who make it, turning craftsmanship into a livelihood rather than a wage.
